Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Specifically,

stickers that are partially or fully removed from the white backing will not be accepted for returns.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Stick the 1st is commited to excellent customer satisfaction. We work overtime to quality check and package our products with care to get them to the destination.
In the event that a product is recieved as damaged or please send us an email at [email protected]. Upon recieving your email we will contact you by email or attempt to contact you by your preference to replace your product or give you a full refund of your purchase.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE EMAIL:

• Send a minimum of two pictures of the damaged product
• Send a description of the damaged product
• Send an email within 24 hours of recieving your product

DAMAGE BY APPLICATION
We will not return any portion of your purchase in the event that the product is damaged or destroyed due to application error.
